Wood Lake is a small lake with a day use picnic area and a campground. It's a great spot for a quiet picnic dinner, and kids love it for wading or fishing. Perfect for a low key adventure. Wood Lake is located on Benchmark Road (dirt road), which is a pretty scenic road with Benchmark Campground at the end.
