Reeder's Alley is home to a great restaurant, caterer, a number of offices, non-profit organizations, and Visit Helena. It is a display of mining era architecture and has placards along the walkways explaining the history of the area.

I wish I could leave a better review! The visuals of the alley itself are fantastic, but my negative opinion is largely reflective of what I wish was available in this incredible spot. Instead of an attorney’s office, a mental health clinic and a barber shop, I would have much rather found an ice cream shop, a coffee shop, or even a place to do some window shopping. We didn’t have time to stop at the one restaurant on location, a Filipino place I believe. There was a mobile coffee vendor nearby that served a mediocre espresso. There’s a fantastic bakery at the foot of the alley hill but it’s only open on Friday and Saturday morning.
