Chippewa Cree Recreational Park is on the Rocky Boy's Reservation in northcentral Montana.
It's 7,400 acres of the Bears Paw Mountains. The mountainous country makes for an ideal area for a variety of bird species to frequent.
You can regularly see Swainson's Thrushs, Red Crossbills, Pine Grosbeaks, and Cooper's Hawks in the area.
